In addition to our online store, our eyewear is also available at The Ever Collection Eyewear retail location in Valley View Mall in Roanoke VA.

Yes!  Three-day expedited shipping is available for an additional $15.  You will receive your sunglasses within 3 days after your order is complete.

We offer FREE ground shipping in the contiguous US. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International is $20.

Please allow 7-10 business days. Orders may arrive early, we just like be make sure we allow ample time for delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your pair of sunglasses as follows:

  • Refunds are only available for sunglasses purchased online. Please contact us directly at (540).561.0851 for more information.
  • You cannot return merchandise bought on the The Ever Collection Eyewear website at our retail locations.

  • The processing fee for Signature warranty exchange is only $20
  • The processing fee for Polarized warranty exchange is only $15
  • The processing fee for Bamboo warranty exchange is only $20
  • The processing fee for 2 for 40 warranty exchange is only $10
  • Warranty claims not in compliance with our policies will not be honored.

If your pair of sunglasses are defective or damaged, you may receive a product credit for a similar pair. Please use our return/warranty request form and we will contact you to begin the process.
